This construction kit from Uberstix takes the company's commitment to recycling one step further. To complete the working landshark or dragster, children must compile a list of recyclable components from an included scavenger list. To build the land sailer, for example, they'll need some Popsicle sticks and will cut the sail from a plastic shopping bag.

The only toy in the world that rewards kids for recycling. UberStix pieces consist of eight components that are designed to snap together in a variety ways. Depending on how the connections are made, you can form solid joints, hinged joints, or flexible parts. UberStix are engineered to integrate with recycled materials. Add straws, coffee stirrers, paper cups, Popsicle sticks, paper clips, O-rings, plastic bottles, egg cartons and more. By using these additional materials found around your house, you are able to expand your projects and produce opportunities for unlimited creativity.
