HEXBUG Alpha (Orange), Micro Robotic Creature
HEXBUG Alpha (Orange), Micro Robotic Creature
Low stock: 1 left
Item Condition: NEW
Control your own HEXBUG micro robotic insect! HEXBUG Alpha can roam on its own thanks to the bump sensor feelers that help it avoid obstacles. Or, you can guide where it scurrys by clapping or making noise to have the little guy change direction. The HEXBUG travels in a straight line until, oops!, it hits an object or hears a loud noise. Upon contact or noise, the HEXBUG reverses in a half circle left, then moves forward again in a new direction. Make continuous noise to back up the HEXBUG until it is aligned in the direction you want it to go. Fits in the palm of your hand for miniature fun at anytime!
NOTE: This model is no longer made and is hard-to-find. Add it to your collection today!

Creative Ideas to Try
What other things can you do with this product? We've included some of our "outside the box" creative ideas below to help get you started...
- HEXBUGs make great gifts! Surprise the birthday boy or girl by leaving a HEXBUG outside their bedroom door on the morning of their birthday.
- Take it apart and see what makes it tick! Kids love to disassemble toys, and we think this "gadget autopsy" is a great way to learn! (Please Note: Taking apart a HEXBUG will more than likely destroy it - it can be reassembled, but it is challenging. We recommend you have an extra HEXBUG so you will still have one to play with).
- Create a maze on your floor and try guiding the HEXBUG through the maze. Have a contest with your friends to see who can get through the maze first, or without bumping into the maze.
