Lily Pads are some of the most majestic plants to have in a water garden. They are considered the most exotic of all pond plants! This amazing lily pad can grow in up to four feet of water, and can spread to take up large amounts of a shallow pond. Each pad can even grow as large as 2 feet wide! This fantastic plant also has the largest flower of any plant in North America. The light yellow flowers are aromatic and bloom in late summer. The flowers last for 3-5 days and close up at night. Lotus originated in India and was brought to other countries ranging from Egypt to China.

Item Condition:

• This item is brand new and is in perfect condition. It is factory sealed.
  NOTE: The seeds had a 85% germination rate through 2011. This germination rate may be lower now, and the price of this kit has been reduced accordingly. We did try growing these seeds in April 2024 and of the 3 seeds in the kit, 1 of them germinated. We are still waiting to see if the other 2 will germinate.
