Turn an ordinary cookie sheet into a learning tool your kids will love to play with. Our Play and Learn Vegetable Alphabet can be printed on Magnetic Paper, cut apart, and the letter magnets used on a cookie sheet for children to learn letter recognition and practice spelling. The Play and Learn board makes a great travel game, too!
What You Will Need:
- Magnetic Paper
- Ink Jet or Color Laser Printer
- Scissor or Cutting Board
- Cookie Sheet or Magnet Board
What You Do:
- Click on the image below to print the magnets on magnet paper. You can use either an ink jet printer or a color laser printer to print the magnets.
- Use a cutting board or scissors to cut out each magnet square.
- Place the magnets on a cookie sheet or magnet board and get ready to play!
- Store magnets in a zip top bag.
Additional Tips:
- If you don't have magnet paper, you can use regular cardstock to print the template below, then attach small magnets to the back of each letter with double-back tape.
- You can use the letter squares printed on cardstock paper without attaching magnets - just cut out each square and let your kids use the letters on a table just they way they are. TIP: You could laminate the printed template page before cutting it out to make the squares more durable.
